Networth Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Networth is made by DIMITRIS KONTARIS CREATIVE LIMITED (London, United Kingdom).

The short version. Networth has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server belonging to us. Your financial information is stored on your device and, if you have iCloud switched on, in your own private iCloud database. We cannot see it, we do not receive a copy of it, and we could not retrieve it if you asked us to.

What we collect

Nothing. We operate no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. There is no identifier that links your data to you, because your data never reaches us.

Where your information lives

Everything you enter (accounts, balances, balance history, goals, events and notes) is stored:

Your private iCloud database is part of your Apple account. It is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it. If you sign out of iCloud, or switch Networth off in your iCloud settings, the app keeps working using only the copy on your device.

Paying for Unlimited

Networth Unlimited is a one-off purchase made through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card, your Apple ID or your billing details. Whether you have bought Unlimited is recorded by Apple against your Apple ID, which is also how it restores on a new device and shares with your family.

Institution logos

This is off unless you turn it on. If you supply your own Brandfetch client ID, the app requests logos from Brandfetch's CDN, directly from your device; nothing passes through us. Each request tells Brandfetch which institution's logo is being fetched, and comes from your device's IP address. It does not include any balance, name, or other information about you. Leave the client ID blank and no request is ever made. See Brandfetch's privacy policy.

Networth does not connect to your bank, your pension provider or any other financial company. Every figure in it is one you entered.

Photos and screenshots

If you use the screenshot-scanning feature, the app reads the image you choose in order to find a balance in it. The scanning happens entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. The image is not uploaded anywhere, and the app does not retain it.

Calendar

If you choose to add a financial event to your calendar, the app asks for write-only access and adds that one event. It does not read your existing calendar.

Face ID

If you switch on the app lock, Networth asks the system to confirm your identity with Face ID or your passcode before showing your figures. The app never receives biometric data; the check is performed by iOS.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content is sent through any server, ours or anyone else's. The app registers for silent push notifications only so that iCloud can tell it when your data has changed on another of your devices.

Deleting your data

Because we never hold a copy, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf, and no deletion request to make of us.

Children

Networth is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top.
